Motivational products are intended solely to encourage positivity and inspiration.
We do not guarantee selection, rank improvement, exam success, or specific emotional outcomes.

Personalisation Policy

Strict Policy

Once approved or in production, no changes, cancellations, or refunds are permitted.

For custom products (PR-E0X and PR-EX):

Items are created exactly as per details provided by the customer.
DUOMIRRA is not responsible for spelling errors or incorrect dates submitted by the user.

Order Confirmation & Payment

Confirmation

Orders confirmed only after payment.
We reserve the right to cancel any order.

Listed in INR (₹).
Subject to change without notice.

Logistics & Returns

Shipping Policy

Timelines are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, festivals, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Refund & Replacement

Personalised: No returns/refunds.
Standard: Replacement only for defects.
Unboxing Video: Mandatory (within 48 hrs).
Wood/LED variations are not defects.

Safety & Warranty

Electrical Safety

Products contain electrical components. Do not expose to water or heat. Keep away from children unless supervised.

Warranty Limitation

Warranty, if applicable, covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover accidental damage, wear & tear, or mishandling.

Legal Provisions

All designs, logos, and content are exclusive property of DUOMIRRA. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

DUOMIRRA is not liable for indirect damages or data loss. Maximum liability is limited to the product purchase price.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays due to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

Governing Law

Subject to the jurisdiction of Deoria, Uttar Pradesh courts only.
