All prices are in INR (₹) unless stated otherwise and may change without prior notice. Payments must be completed before dispatch via secure gateways (Razorpay, PayU, Stripe, PayPal, etc.). We are not responsible for delays caused by bank/payment failures.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India (and internationally where supported). Delivery timelines vary based on product type and location. Estimated delivery dates may change due to courier delays or unforeseen issues. Shipping charges are displayed at checkout.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Customized products are non-refundable and non-returnable. Standard products may be returned within 7 days if unused and in original packaging. Refunds (if eligible) are processed within 7–10 business days. Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.

7. Warranty & Liability

Products include a 10-day replacement warranty for manufacturing defects. Duomirra is not liable for misuse, electrical faults, or indirect damages (emotional, academic, or financial).

All designs, logos, and website content belong to Duomirra.store. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited without written consent.

9. User Responsibilities
