Personalised Products
Strict Policy: No Return / No Refund
These items are made exclusively for you. Once personalisation details are shared, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
Applicable Products:
- Duomirra PR-E0X – Personalised Gift for Couples
- Duomirra PR-EX – Personalised Hampers
Non-Personalised Products
Eligible for replacement only (not refund) in specific cases. This applies to items such as Duomirra PR-E1X and Duomirra PR-E2X.
Transit Damage
Physical damage occurred during the shipping process.
Manufacturing Defect
Verified functional issues upon arrival.
Unboxing Video Mandatory
To claim any replacement, you must provide a clear, continuous unboxing video.
- Video must start before opening the package and clearly show the seal being broken.
- Claims without this video will be rejected.
Claim Window & Exclusions
48-Hour Window
Replacement claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be considered.
What Is Not Covered
- Minor color/LED variations
- Natural wood texture differences
- Damage due to misuse or water exposure
- Incorrect details provided by customer
Refunds & Shipping
Refunds issued only if DUOMIRRA cannot provide a replacement or cancels before production.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
Duomirra Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel due to technical reasons.
All return, replacement, and refund decisions made by DUOMIRRA shall be final and binding.
