Refund Policy
At DUOMIRRA, each product is crafted with care, especially personalised items. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
No Return / No Refund on Personalised Products
The following products are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Duomirra PR-E0X – Personalised Gift for Couples & Loved Ones
- Duomirra PR-EX – Personalised Hampers for Birthdays & Anniversaries
Once personalisation details are shared:
- • Orders cannot be cancelled
- • No return, refund, or exchange is allowed
This is because these products are made exclusively for you and cannot be resold.
Non-Personalised Products
Eligible for replacement only, not refund:
- Duomirra PR-E1X – AIM Motivational Gift for NEET Students
- Duomirra PR-E2X – AIM Motivational Gift for JEE Students
Replacement is applicable only if:
- Product is damaged during transit
- Product has a verified manufacturing defect
Unboxing Video Mandatory
To claim any replacement, a clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory.
- Video must start before opening the package and show the issue clearly
- Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted
Claim Time Window
Replacement claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Claims raised after this period will not be considered.
What Is Not Covered
- Minor color or LED brightness variations
- Natural wood texture differences
- Damage caused by misuse, water exposure, or mishandling
- Wear and tear after use
- Incorrect personalisation details provided by the customer
Refund Conditions (If Applicable)
Refunds are issued only if:
- DUOMIRRA is unable to provide a replacement
- Order is cancelled by DUOMIRRA before production
Processed to original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping (if approved) must be borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.
Cancellation Policy
Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled by the customer. DUOMIRRA reserves the right to cancel orders due to operational or technical reasons.
Final Decision
All return, replacement, and refund decisions made by DUOMIRRA shall be final and binding.
