- Emotional & Contextual Data: Personal notes or emotional messages for the gift box, and descriptions of the Receiver’s Personality or "vibe" provided for design matching and conceptualization.
- Communication Data: Records of your interactions with us, including complaints, queries, warranty requests, feedback, and survey responses.
- Account Profile Data: If you create an account, we collect your login credentials (encrypted password), purchase preferences, and wish list items.
