No. Our products are meant only for motivation and inspiration and do not guarantee exam results or ranks.

PR-E0X and PR-EX are personalised products. PR-E1X and PR-E2X are non-personalised.
Q6. What details are required for personalised orders?
You may need to provide names, dates, messages, and/or photos as required for the product.
Q7. Can I change personalisation details after ordering?
No. Once the order is confirmed and production starts, changes are not allowed.
Q8. Are personalised products returnable or refundable?
No. Personalised products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

The customer is fully responsible for providing correct details. DUOMIRRA is not liable for such errors.

You must share a clear unboxing video within 48 hours to request a replacement.
Q13. Is an unboxing video mandatory for replacement?
Yes. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

No. Refunds are not provided for personal preference or dislike.
