How to Return an Item

Eligibility for Returns:

Orders can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Customized products are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

Starting the Return Process:

Sending Back Your Item:

Once approved, pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship to:

If the return is due to our error, we will cover the shipping cost.

Processing Refunds or Exchanges:

After we receive and inspect your return, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 3–5 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once completed.

What If My Item Is Damaged or Defective?

Contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Verified issues are eligible for a replacement or full refund for non-customized items. Include photos/videos to help us resolve faster.
